I love the interface of this app and its functionality, but Ive ordered several things and the majority of my orders have been canceled because what Ive ordered is not available. I want this app to work and have given it multiple attempts but they still need to figure out how to make the "marketplace" work.

Somehow, this app always sends to a work address I have in my phone. I no longer work there, which makes this extra frustrating. The touch to pay function is great but its bullsh*t it doesnt send to my HOME ADDRESS.

Love the new version. It has a ton of my favorite brands and a bunch of new ones Ive discovered and loved. Cool new sections with fun collections and exclusives. Plus, free returns are amazing and the customer service is unbelievable. Pretty addictive

Definitely fashion savvy, at one point in time I became obsessed with the app and the awesome sales they used to have but the app or the lasted update is crap; you cant add ANYTHING to your cart. Ive tried it multiple times and even made a new account to make sure it wasnt my old one but its useless.

My go to app. Period. Gift? Done. Mine. Of course. Shipping? FREE. Curated. Service? Spectacular.

I think spring is the most beautifully designed app I have ever used, across all verticals. I have replaced all the other retail apps with Spring and havent looked back. They learn my style and will only display things I am interested in. I am constantly learning about new brands on the app as well. I cant live without this one!

Ive loved Spring from day 1 because they really, truly get how shopping and browsing should work on a mobile device. My one gripe was that the app would always crash when I was scrolling too long through a list of stuff, and it was maddening. Since the major redesign, it hasnt crashed on me at all and now supports Apple Pay. Beyond the app itself, whenever Ive dealt directly with the company they are always responsive and helpful and receptive to feedback.

I like this app a lot. It have wide brand names and a lot of discount. Also, the UI is beautiful and has many features. Best app ever for fashion people.

You can find the occasional good sales, and I come across brands that I havent tried yet that were waiting for me to try. However. The new version I just downloaded adds tax to the purchases when it hadnt done that before!!! Is it just mine, or has it done that to everyone?!

Checked out faster than I can on Amazon - This is exactly what we need to shop on our phones. PAINLESS MOBILE SHOPPING!

I love using this app because the UI feels good and I always see products that are different from anything I have seen elsewhere. And their customer service is awesome!

Love this app! Have had it since it launched, and it just keeps getting better and better. SO many of my favorite brands, easiest thing ever to use. If I’m not shopping, I’m browsing. Basically, all my shopping now happens on Spring. Thank you!!!

This is the best app Ive downloaded in the past few months! Im addicted to exploring new brands and finding dope menswear that I would never have been exposed to. Plus the app is super slick. Great job!
