Ive been shopping Spring for over a year and love it! Interface is great, customer service is amazing and the product assortment is on point.

Ive reached the point where I only online shop on Spring. Ive discovered so many new brands and have saved a ridiculous amount of money thanks to the option to see items only on sale. Highly recommend!

The app refresh looks beautiful and youve always had a great product selection. That said your search function could use some additional features to make easy to use. Currently because you have so many brands, filtering through them is so tough I usually give up. There should be an easy way for you to filter brands by the brands you follow. Instead I currently have to scroll through each brand you carry -- including those that dont offer any products in the category Im looking for -- and select one by one. I usually give up after a while and leave the app. Would be great if you could select "all brands I follow" as a filter.

Not just another shopping experience. I can choose what I want to see by what brands I follow. Lots of major brands as well as independent boutique brands and Eco-friendly/earth conscious options. Its dangerously addictive and has an immaculately time efficient purchasing process. Seeing everything in one place saves time web surfing. Direct to brand is more sustainable for the environment. The one thing that made me fall for Spring was their personal ability to connect with people as humans and help people get what they want in the most efficient way. Being able to create my own custom experience to me as a customer was very helpful as well as the amazing curated content page.

Used to be my favorite place to look for new brands. Now I dont even want to look at it. Some of the photographs are so generic and cheap looking. Id noticed the website wasnt as aesthetically pleasing as the app and now the app looks like the site. Horrible. I may just delete it.

Crashes if you spend more than a few minutes browsing. Why wont they fix this??

Used to purchase with trust, now they send my confirmation saying my jeans were shipped from a well known bootleg designer company in China, Yoox. Asked spring about it and was told that its in the fine print of their new look that they partner with this company... Dishonest and disgusting.

Its a really clean app, and checking out with Apple Pay makes shopping really awesome. They just dont have the big brands I was looking for.

Soooooo easy to use! Great design！

No options for plus sizes. Sizes stop at 16 for women. Even the XXL was actually a size 12 for some brands. Also, buggy.

This is a great app for people who wish to wear branded wear but I found a bug in this app- you cant search anything in the app as the search module is not working I believe. I hope the developers take a note of it and send a new update with fixed release soon. A 5 star app but please mend be search function.

Newest version overheats/cooks my phone every time I use it. Needs to be a way to show you what name/color of an item is what from the pictures.

Been using Spring since it launched. Love all the recent improvements and in particular this new look!
